Thank you for shopping at Renner LLC (rennerllc.shop). We take great care in packaging and shipping our home decor art pieces to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below for details about delivery times, costs, and international shipments.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders placed after 12 PM MST will be processed the next business day

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (we will notify you if this applies)

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

  • International shipping costs vary by country and are shown before payment

  • Free domestic shipping on orders over $150 (USA only)

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

  • For international orders, tracking may not update until the package reaches your country

5. Customs & Import Fees

  • International customers are responsible for:

    • All customs duties, taxes, and fees

    • Providing accurate shipping information

    • Compliance with local import regulations

  • We cannot predict or reimburse these charges

  • For EU customers: VAT is not included in product prices for orders under €150

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of damage

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, contact us for investigation

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve issues and may replace or refund as appropriate

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some countries may have restrictions on importing certain materials (e.g., wood, ceramics). If we cannot ship to your country, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees

9. Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-December), processing and delivery times may be extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
